Founded by Deanna Woodard and Angela Evans in 2020. We devoted our time to driving around the heavy populated homeless areas with the trunk full of drawstring bags and passed them out the people we saw on the streets of Dallas, TX.

Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our work in 2020, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Fill A Bag, Touch A Heart. With God by our side, we strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.
